ESB is a competitive club where players will receive the best instruction from experienced volleyball coaches. The coaching staff includes local high school and junior high coaches. ESB is committed to developing some of the best volleyball players in the valley through competition in national volleyball tournaments. ESB has both local teams and travel teams. Club volleyball is an investment, not a recreational league. Play at local and national tournaments will be determined by a number of factors, including practice performance, attitude, and commitment. The Arizona Region Girls Volleyball Club season starts in October with open gyms as evaluations. Try-outs for teams are in November and the season concludes at the beginning on July with the USAV Junior National Championship or AAU National Championship.
